How long do we have to wait for a candidate if we engage Source Co? Does Source Co have ready candidates to send immediately?

We work on the basis of having applicants of other jobs within the same area on database as well as new applications when our clients have a requirement. We will then check to see if any of them are available, if they're suitable according to your criteria.
As such, no we don't have ready workers. Our search period can take anywhere from 3 days to 30 days depending on your criteria and market conditions, once we have all the necessary information from you (details about the job - salary, staff meals, etc).
Having said that, we do work on a basis of only charging only after we've given you a candidate to interview and you accepting the candidate upon interview. As such, it's a no risk approach of engaging us along with your other efforts to search for workers - if we get you a candidate quicker than your own efforts, you pay us. If you get a worker first, just let us know and we'll stop searching, and there's no charge to you. All good and well.

How does Source Co charge?

We have 3 plans, starting at RM750, RM1,000 and RM1,500. Each plan with different durations of warranty and number of replacements offered.

Does Source Co supply foreign workers?

FOREIGN WORKERS CURRENTLY IN MALAYSIA

Source Co does recruitment on Foreign workers the same as Malaysian workers - we search, assess, filter and recommend for hire if suitable. We DO NOT however handle any matters relating to Foreign workers' visas and or work permits.

Through strategic partnership, we are able to offer New Foreign Worker Applications through our business partner.

Assuming i am interested to work with Source Co, what do i have to do? Is it complex and difficult?

No it isn't. We've designed our processes to make life easier for you, not more difficult. There are only 4 simple steps in working with us, and of the 4 steps, you only need to do 2 things, provide us with certain information and to interview the recommended candidates (And we can even do the interviewing for you if you wish).

If I am opening up a restaurant branch in Ipoh, is Source Co able to provide candidates? Or does Source Co only service Kuala Lumpur and Selangor?

We are able to provide candidates for our clients anywhere in Malaysia, be it Alor Setar, Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Kuantan or Kota Kinabalu.

Does Source Co only provide (consultation/search/filtering services) for Waiters/Waitresses and Bartenders?

We provide our services for all positions available in an F&B outlet, these include Waiters/Waitresses, Cashiers, Bartenders, Baristas, Tearistas, Service Crew, Cooks, Kitchen Helpers (Commis 1, 2, 3), Chefs, Supervisors and even Restaurant Managers.

How does the Guarantee Period work exactly?

Assuming a client takes up the Intermediate plan that provides for a Guarantee Period of 2 months (60 days) with maximum 2 replacements. When a new candidate is hired on (assuming) 1st January, and resigns on 9th February the same year (worked 40 days), Source Co will search for a replacement. Assuming a replacement is provided and starts work on 1st March of the same year, this 1st replacement will still carry a Guarantee Period of 20 days, meaning until 20th March. Assuming the 1st replacement then only works for 2 days and resigns, Source Co will search and provide the 2nd replacement, and this 2nd replacement will no longer carry any guarantee period as the maximum number of replacements for the plan has already been met.

How long does my Job Advertisement on the SourceCo JOBS Portal run for?

Each Job Post / Job Advertisement runs for a period of 30 days. Under our Custom Posting Plan, longer periods can be discussed.

What is the price to Post my Job Advertisement on the SourceCo JOBS Portal?

We have 3 plans, the Single Post Plan, Triple Post Plan and the Custom Posting Plan. There are introductory rates until 31st December 2022, thereafter new rates will be introduced.

Can I advertise/post for foreign workers on the SourceCo JOBS Portal?

Each Job Post / Job Advertisement allows for employers to state if they accept applications from Foreigners or not by listing either "Yes" or "No". This is to allow Foreign job seekers to know if they can apply for your Job.

If I am opening up a restaurant branch in Ipoh, can I advertise my Job Advertisement on the SourceCo JOBS Portal?

Yes. The SourceCo JOBS Portal is marketed and promoted to F&B job seekers all over Malaysia, be it Ipoh, Alor Setar, Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Kuantan or Kota Kinabalu.

Can i only Advertise for Waiters/Waitresses and Bartenders positions on the SourceCo JOBS Portal?

No. You can advertise for all positions available in an F&B outlet, these include Waiters/Waitresses, Cashiers, Bartenders, Baristas, Tearistas, Service Crew, Cooks, Kitchen Helpers (Commis 1, 2, 3), Chefs, Supervisors and even Restaurant Managers.
